.pos file is not created correctly

I made a Pick and Place file on the PCB, but it has a unit error of about 10%.
I have several projects and all other projects create normal position files, but only one project creates the following wrong position files.

What is the general cause of this?
If there is any additional information you need, I will provide it immediately.
