Placing Components on the Bottom

Hello, KICAD always places the components on the top of the board. But I would like to place some components on the bottom. How does that work? Thank you for your help.Joachim

Select some footprints, then press f to flip them to the other side. (This also works with tracks and other stuff).

And if you ever want to view, or work on the other side of the board, go to View > Flip Board View.
There is no hotkey, but one can be assigned for Flip board view.
