When I flipped my SOT-227 MOSFET to the back of my PCB the tracks didn’t switch correctly. Here’s a pic of my PCB design and another pic of how I want to mount it.

What do you mean with “tracks did not switch” correctly? Explain what was expected versus what happened.
I’m going to have to check my notes here. I think terminals 3 and 2 are reversed on the PCB.

The tracks will do nothing. The program doesn’t autoroute new tracks.
Found my mistake. The symbol I used in the schematic was a TO-247 footprint and I forced a TO-227 footprint onto it thereby causing an incorrect pinout. I may has to make up a custom library symbol for the IXFN140N20P I’m using.
