Pin Table Copy and Paste Issue

Hello! This is my first post here, so I apologize if this has been discussed prior.

I’m running KiCad version 8.0.5 on macOS 15.0.1. I’ve been using copy and paste in the symbol editor’s pin table to help make my life easier for a chip with lots of pins. However, when I copy from Microsoft Excel and paste multiple rows of text into the table, for some reason, the paste only occurs at every other row, creating blank rows in the process. Copying and pasting from Apple Numbers works just fine.

Is this a bug to report, or am I doing something wrong?

Definitely report a bug, I did a quick search and couldn’t immediately find anything similar. Easiest way is to open KiCad and select Help > Report a bug, which will partially fill in the issue template on Gitlab.
