Persistant "lock" errors

In Kicad V7.0.7 I am experiencing well… many crashes. I believe that one of the results is that I get me these kind of errors:

I have them alot, several times a day.

These are crashes due to dropbox

Well that is a bummer. Suppose no way to fix it? Besides not using dropbox?

I just recently migrated my github repo to dropbox. Saves me from forgetting to push, forgetting to add new projects to git and merge conflicts.
