Hello there!
I’ve been searching around for a PCIe x16 to x8x8 bifurcation card, and there seem to be quite a number of them… for over $50.
So, does anyone have tips on designing one (or a design they are willing to send if they are ever so kind)? Despite its simplicity, this is quite beyond me as I’m a complete noob at designing PCBs.
Any help would be appreciated.

P.P.S. Checked out PCIe lane switching - Page 1, but I’m not sure what to do from there.
