PCBnew: Edit tracks (how?)

Just updated from a June 2018 nightly to a nightly from early Nov. (see below)

The ability to edit track widths has changed to a non-obvious means. I really liked the previous “fill in the blanks” method. Pretty self explanatory. Please go back to the table.

ALSO
I suggest that the Drop Down “Track:” list/arrow have a bottom entry that is “Edit Tracks” or something similar and that would take to EXACTLY to the right place to edit a table.
Same for VIAs. No need to wander through changing menus to find the magic spot:
Just Go There! <-- this is a good idea that may have applicability else where.
