There are not really many ‘big black holes’.
If you do want the fill to sneak thru the pads, you will need to change the clearances, or you could reduce unused pad sizes ?
Or, you can route the traces, in such a way as to maximize the fills,which means the traces are slightly longer than the shortest path.
Holes are better than floating islands of copper, that tend to act as antennas.
Your barrel jack is set well into the board. Will this work with the intended plug?
These are most often used at the edge of a board, sticking out into the casing.
