I need quick turn PCB assembly service for prototype quantities of BGA boards. Please advise me a company that can do PCB assembly

I really like the pcbshopper site. No, you can’t have them make your boards, but it can provide some good quotes from multiple pcb fabrication houses based on basic information on your design and expected order quantities.

I forget who first mentioned it here, but I first heard about it on this forum.

Check out https://www.tempoautomation.com if you need really fast quick turn for high complexity boards (and you’re in the USA)

If you have no requirement on the location of the PCB Assembly House, try PCBCart. As far as I know, they can handle BGA assembly work for prototype quantities.

Their bare boards fabrication cost is litter higher than other suppliers in China, but the pcb assembly work is great and price is acceptable.
