Parts no longer on grid. How to get back?

I guess I did something but now my parts and wires/lines are no longer on the grid…
And I can no longer “connect” new parts or wires/lines to what was there before.
How can my complicated schematic back on the grid so new parts and wires will snap/connect?
Thanks for any help.

Version: (6.99.0-942-g3129f96686), release build
Build Info: Date: Feb 15 2022 03:53:16
On a Windows 10 PC

select symbols/wires (or select all). RMB-click–>context-menu → Align Elements to Grid

Or look into the backup-folder and use one of the older backup-zip-files.
