Panelizing with 3rd party tool 'pcb-panelizer' from its-not-rocket-science?

Faced a problem. Created a panel and uploaded to the site JLC. Why gerbera from the program and on the site do not match? Is it a bug or display problem?! [%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA]

Note: This requires one gerber set per board.
