How can I make the transition for a milling cutter if there are different boards? I pointed the arrow.
I will order the panel on jlcpcb
Either round off the corner or just chamfer it off. The routing bit will not be able to fabricate that tight inside corner.
The other thing is. If they have specified the routing bit diameter. Try and keep your gap a hair wider than it. Router bits dont like engauging on more than 1 edge at a time.
