Pads in board edges

How can I make pads similar to those of these cards?

Search this Forum (and other web sites related to PCB fabrication) for the term “castellation” or “castellate”.

Not all board fabricators support this technique.

I did it with a single pad because I do not have space. Now I have to verify that the pcb shop can do it.
