Other tool's symbol and footprint to Kicad

I have been using Kicad for 2 years.
I already made lots of symbols and footprints in my lib file.

We, Kicad users may think about less symbols and footprints.

So, I suggest that if possible, we’d convert well made-footprint and symbol in other PCB tool to ours. Is it possible?
