Does anyone know the driil bit size step OSHpark use? Is it in inch increments? Or in mm?
E.g.: 0.8mm 1mm 1.25mm 1.5mm and so on.

Our fabs have full metric and imperial sets, so they can do any hole size you specify within 2.5 mils.
Note that the hole size you specify is the finished hole size, not the drill size. The fab figures out what drill size they need to use to account for plating.
