Old classic RF sidebar

Hi,

does anyone know how to activate/bring back the “classic RF-Sidebar” in current KiCAD?
I mean the one where you could create thoe fan like RF-stubs or Stubs in general.

These tools are in the Place menu. There is no longer a toolbar for them.
