  1. Interactive BOM tool is nice.
    . Is it possible to add fields, like manufacturer, Manufacturers code or so?
  2. Gerbers. I have changed my Gerber plotter settings too much. What is the default state or most often correct options I should choose? And of course, they should be there visible, so that the user can choose them.

  1. You can add them in the symbols. Open the symbol properties and add any fields you like. Also better to add them in the symbol library and then update your symbols in the schematics.
  2. I just did a fresh install of V8. These are the settings.

1.I have those fields in my symbols, but I can’t see them in my Interactive bom tools.
But 2. Helped.

I noticed the “Fields” menu. I think that will help. Too bad my libraries have almost random Field names.

Is it possible to edit Library field names here?

With the edit tools at the bottom of the left list you can add and remove fields and by clicking on values in the table you can also edit the field values.
