Non Copper Zone for SilkScreen covers the pads

Hello,

I added non-copper zone for silkscreen via Add Filled Zones tool. The zone created and filled successfully but it is also covering footprint pads. How can I avoid this to happen? Here is some screenshots.

On gerber export select “remove mask from silk” (or similar wording)
