Guys,
I have a problem wiring to this pad 1(Vrect).
It is not possible to wire to it and also not possible to wire out of it. Even I can not connect this pad to another pad on the same netlist.
I am using KiCAD 5.1.7
The thin lines around a pad show the clearance of that pad.
Pad 1 has a large clearance that overlaps pad 2. So any track starting or ending at pad 1 will make the DRC complain.
Somehow you have changed the pad 1 clearance. Edit pad 2 just to see how its clearance is set and then apply the same settings to pad 1.
