I am looking for a nixie tubes library. I know that there is around a library names russian-nixies or so that was exported from Eagle but unfortunately I can only see the symbols but the footprints are not working to me.
Does anyone use a functional library for IN1, IV14… etc tubes?

look at this, there are at least some vacuum tubes. Maybe this guy is so friendly to make some nixies? Ask him.
The best advice: If you can not find symbol or footprint you need - just create it yourself.
This is the rule number one in EDA world for everyone and first skill you have to obtain. Without this you’re lost for EDA tools.
