Hi, on nightly a43b00b66 there are differences in the copper fill generated when comparing against 5.1.4.
The different copper fill is present at least in revision a0ed40876 also.
Please see the attached images. Are these differences to be expected?

Yes. These changes allow a number of bugs in the previous algorithm to be fixed.
It does not look like these changes will have a significant affect on current maneuverability; the change to the copper is so very small.
