I am totally new to this and trying to teach my self. I need to make a simple board with a ground bar and wiring pads on both sides of the board. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START. every tutorial is for making a pcb with resisters, capacitors and struff. can anyone help me???
If you understand how to use resistors and stuff you will be able to make an even simpler pcb as well. So my suggestion is to follow some tutorial, try to understand how kicad works and come back with specific questions. (A generic “I need help question” results in us being in the same boat as you. In that case we do not know where to start either.)

This sounds like a prototyping board and they are not the easiest start
