The R and S inputs on the 4013 in the new library are marked “active low”. HEF4013B has active high C(lear) and S(et) inputs, according to the Product spec.
These are standard components and the Product spec I have is from 1995. And the circuit I have works. Is this a typo in the library?
The logic libs have been completely rebuild using a script. I would bet there are a few bugs in there.
Yes, that looks like an error in the script generation, sorry about that. This issue also affect 4027 I think.
