Netclass Colors (Kicad 8.0.8)

Where are these netclass colors stored? I had a crash of my PC and after that the colors were reset. I did save the project at least 20 times before the crash and nothing else was lost. I also have it tracked in Git.

I’m not sure if this is a bug in KiCad. It would help to understand it if I knew where it is stored so I could try to understand what happened here.

Sidenote: Are these colors stored at all? I zipped all project files a few days ago (before the crash) and sent them to a colleague and they also didn’t see the colors, while I did see them.

Update: Setting the color, saving and restarting KiCad does keep the color. I’m confused what happened here

Update 2: My ignored DRC checks where also reset

Open your Schematic then:

File > Schematic Setup > Project > Net Classes > Colour

The colors are reset there as well

Netclass colors are stored in the project file.

Something indeed reset all the colors. I for sure did not manually trigger this reset. Not sure if it is worth reporting as a bug, because I don’t know how to reproduce this.
