Need help with symbol names

Hi im very new to the kicad software and pcb designing itself. I was following a keyboard pcb tutorial on youtube and the guy suddenly switched his symbol name from MX to SW

Can someone help me change it so its like his? Because when I try to run a plugin, an error occurs

Select the switch and edit its properties.
