they still refer to net labels of SRN and SRP right? and they function as test points as well
That schematic doesn’t look like it’s made with KiCad so I wouldn’t try to guess how different fonts and text elements are used in that schematic. This forum is about KiCad, after all.

SRN and SRP can be just text labels to inform what signal is at test point.
