I don’t remember the version that I last saved this design, but I think it was an earlier last month V5.1.x nightly that seemed to work just great to get the board outline just fine.
I think I was toying around with the idea of self panelizing as well as seeing what KiCad can currently duplicate as layout.
All seems fine, till things are zoomed in a little closer:
