More than one filled zone in one layer

Hi!

At one of my layers im trying to create smaller filled zones connectiong a smaller net.
I have one filled all zone over the plane connecting ground and want to create a smaller one on the sam plane connecting another net.
I can see my smaller zone but it dosent isolate from the ground zone.

1. Make sure that a different net is assigned to the zone.
2. Give the small zone a higher priority.

Open the zone properties by selecting it and then press e for edit.
Then:

Overlapping zones of the same priority merge. I think that DRC does warn about this
