simple enough NPTH with large copper. But how to manage the stensil? any suggestions
Keep out zone on the paste layer?

Take a look at the Mounting_Wuerth standard lib. Has similar paste layouts, created using custom pads.

Well ill be 
It took a bit to get around what each YAML entry means but I think I have it - I have submitted some updates for SOIC parts but not like this. once I get this job finished ill submit these and a few more powerTap parts
