Mixer strips - copy and paste

I want to make an audio mixer. Can I just make one channel strip in the schematic and then copy and paste each channel strip once I have routed them on the PCB? I mean just copy the footprints and the traces on the pcb.

Of course, this will not then be mirrored in the schematic but that’s better than manually routing 4 channels.

What is the best way to go about this?

I have no idea of what a strip is, but you if you have many equal schematic/pcb blocks you want to repeat, you should check for the ‘replicate layout’ plugin, it makes your life extremely easy.
