If you had listened to what I said to Mr. W. after the 30th minute of this video, you would agree with me. He himself admits so. He said that there was no time left to do new things because of the demands of big sponsors.
Thank you for the suggestion, but I will never delete first paragraph. I’ve been waiting for this feature since 2016!..
Lol, Wayne and Seth have a consulting/contracting company to support KiCad, that’s their legal obligation.
The rest of us devs (there is more of us than Wayne and Seth) just implement and work on what interests us. This is free open source software, we do as we want because it’s our personal free time and not anyone else’s right to tell us otherwise. We also accept contributions assuming large contributions are discussed before hand.
