I’m kind of newbie with KiCad and haven’t design circuit for maybe 20 years.
I’m trying to find libraries including footprint for the LM301B/H and Osram Oslon Serie, any lead would be appreciated ?
Maybe I can create the component from existing component that have a compatible footprint?

This is an auto-generated message that is in place on the “footprints” section of the KiCad.info forum. If I remove it and ask for a footprint to be designed anyway, I understand that I will be subject to forum members telling me to go design my own footprint or referring me to a 3rd party footprint site.
The most common answer and probably the quickest or at least most helpful way to solve your task is to learn how to make your own footprints. It has been discussed / links have been posted here regularly, so I’m sure you can find a tutorial or video description easily.
The datasheet has some quite useful information, for example the LM301B datasheet has a recommended solder pad drawing in it.
Also consider how to spread out and get rid of the heat generated by the LED - you might want to attach a larger copper zone to the solder pads, perhaps even on both sides of the board with thermal vias, in order to keep the LEDs cool and happy.
