It doesn’t change the fact that the aperture pads shouldn’t have pad numbers.

Just had a close look at the footprint design. There is nothing saying anything about apertures.
Check done with 5.1.5 of course.
Found it.
ecom defined besides the pad (which by its very nature already contains mask and paste layers) f-mask and f-paste. No need for that in this way.
Noted after I went through the fun part. Just wanted to know what this darn cross means. Now I know.
