Masks such as text are collapsed by Gerber

When I output a logo or text that I created myself on a mask layer with Gerber, it is crushed as shown in the attached image.
Is this a bug?
Or is it a problem with the settings?

I uploaded the image to JLCPCB and viewed it in the Gerber viewer, but the same thing happened.

Only masks show this symptom.
This does not happen with the Copper layer.

The same thing that happens with small pitch pads, see How does solder mask layer work?.

Settings (Solder mask minimum web width) or text is too small (you gave no info how big it is).
