Seems like it happened again, the list of macOS Nightlies for MacOS seems to have stopped. Or did the development for MacOS stop as Linux is so much to prefer?
definitely not the server is just fragile.
do they not have something to notify when it fails? it falls on its face so often and for so long at a time
Probably it’s the same thing as with the slow speed in fixing eventual bugs. It’s of course not easy when there is not many developers involved, or is it too many who are not communicating? Anyway, KiCad is great in many, other, ways…
Thanks, now the download list is activated again (let’s check if the **DRC window-not-staying-on-top issue is now fixed)!
** Nope, not yet fixed
what issue are you talking about? is it in gitlab?
#14356 on gitlab. clicking on erc/drc-marker hides erc/drc-dialog behind board-window (#14356) · Issues · KiCad / KiCad Source Code / kicad · GitLab
The issue is still open on gitlab so it seems odd to expect it to be fixed by downloading a new nightly
I don’t know how things are handled about this, I thought Nightlies were included in bug fixes…
In general you should not look for a fix for a GitLab issue until it is closed with status “fix-committed”
Ok thanks, I don’t know how Gitlab works / what it is and think bug reports is a bit complicated to perform.
I have a spare Mac Mini 2019. Could that help to solve the problem. If so were can I sent it to?

We don’t need any additional hardware at this time, but thanks.
