MacOS - Insufficient rights to open

Hi all,

When I try to open one of the links to eeschema, pcbnew etc. I get a message that my rights are insufficient to open one of these programs. I can open them from within kicad itself. I’m running MacOS Big Sur (up to date).

Any idea appreciated.
