Low-profile components on flexPCB by JLC

I am very new to circuit and PCB design and KiCad, thus, I apologise in advance for this question. I am currently putting together my first flexPCB to be made by JLCPCB. The “circuit” is a flexPCB 1-layer PI heater (75x75mm with a 1 oz trace in a serpentine pattern) with holes for a 12V battery M2 connectors, an indicator SMD LED and a current-limiting SMD 1k resistor for the LED. I am thinking to have JLC do the soldering for the LED and the resistor.

How much additional thickness can I expect their soldering to add to the final product? The flexPCB needs to slide into a 2mm slot, i.e. the total thickness (with the components) needs to be under 2mm. On paper, it appears that the 0603 profile is quite common and the height should be OK. The FlexPCB I am after is 0.2mm thick (PI + copper + coverlay).

Probably best to ask this the JLC support. But in my experience not much. Maybe a tenth of a millimeter?
