Looking for Fab Notes template

Does anyone have a good template for PCB fab notes? I have several and they’ve all been consistently inconsistent.

I’ve gotten especially lazy now that PCBs can be ordered via a web-interface, in which case I’ve never been asked for a specific layer for fab notes.

I’m sending a board to a board house and working directly with their FAE, so I’d like to turn the corner and start being more complete with my PCB documents and include the fab notes.

Have you tried the “Place → Add Board Characteristics” and Place → Add Stackup Table" functions that’s been added in KiCad V6? They are pretty neat. Before placing these, the information about the board should be filled in correctly under “File → Board Setup”.
