Locked shapes on User.Eco2 not locked for moving?

Hi,
using KiCad 6, if I use the “group locking” (mark several shapes, right click, Locking → Lock) I experience that I can still move the shapes around. If I edit the properties I can confirm that the Locked checkbox is checked. The shape is on layer User.Eco2. The same is true for when editing Locked properties per individual shape.

Is it expected behavior?
