I am trying to do a second schematic. When I go to the Library Editor and try to add either of my own library files, that I did for the 1st schematic, I get, “kicad Error”, “can’t open user configuration file”.

Anybody know what the problem might be? I am using KiCad version 4.0.6 on Ubuntu 16.10 OS.
The Problem was the permissions were not set correctly.
