Library browser usability problem

Scrolling the symbol library using UP and DOWN works until the mouse come inside of the display area, afterwards each keystroke will be captured by the display area to move the symbol around, the only solution is to close the library browser and open it again to scroll around.

I tried to use a screencast to show the issue below:

I changed the screencast tool, now the .gif shows ok.

I took a look in GitLab and I found this bug report from @pointhi:

apparently it may be a platform specific bug.
