Lib labels move when in schematic

Hello!
I noticed that the symbols’ labels move when called from the lib. This illustration will make things clear. I have designed the symbol like this:

I usually put the value in the center so that it doesn’t stay in the way of wires when in the schematic.
But when I have set the symbol in the schamatic, I got this:

Is there a reason to move IC? and AD9106 to places different from the library?
In this particular case, having the labels in front of pins 20 & 21 will for sure require to move them.
Having the value inside ensures that in any case there will be no need to move it.

There is a setting in eeschema preferences for automatically placing the fields. Turn that setting off and this behavior should (hopefully) be fixed.
