I think it could be done even easier.
Right now with version 5.0.0 rc 2, the Plot window has the “Plot” button highlighted with a blue color.
Moving the “Plot” and “Drill” buttons next to “DRC” button and highlighting the “DRC” button at first would draw the users attention to press the “DRC” button first. And, would be logical to click the buttons from left to right.
I don’t know if this subtle change would be enough for every user, but I think it would reduce this mistake for many.
