Kicad7 no option to import DXF file

I dont have an option to import my DXF pcb outline file.
Can someone please advise

board editor -->File–>Import–>graphics

Thank you, do you know how I would set the drawing layer for fabrication. Would I need to set the drawing layer to keep out, or a mechanical layer.

Category changed to Layout, this is nothing to do with external plugins

At right side of screen you have all layers listed and there you select one you want to draw now. Many of those layers are fabrication layers. Which one to select depends on what you want to add to your PCB.
If you still ask about PCB outline (we can’t be sure of it) than Edge.Cuts layer is destined for it. But I don’t believe it is not written in:
