When creating the Gerber files, I first did a DRC test which showed me 2 errors. See image
It is, however, the case that the pads are connected by the foreground layer.

WE can’t tell that in that picture. It isn’t too uncommon to find these two fills aren’t actually connected. Can you manually find this connection on the board yourself? Just assigning them to the same net isn’t enough.
I checked again and found the errors. Without zooming in, I would not have found the two places. Conclusion check not only the pads, but also the narrow points of the conductor tracks.
