KiCad v8 switch default from mm to mils

Hello,

How may I switch the default unit from mm to mils in v8 of KiCad?

The old menu option to do the change as described in older posts, “Preferences->General”, does not appear to exist in the v8 PCB Editor and I don’t see an option under Preferences->Common or any of the remaining Preferences sub headings.
