KiCAD v5.0.1-4 and UP error on starting

Dear KiCAD Staff, my OS is WindowsXP SP3 and I use your very good software KiCAD v5.0.1-3 and is all OK.

If I Upgrade my actual version 5.0.1-3 with the v5.0.1-4 or 5.0.2-1, I have an error on starting, like this:
“KiCAD.exe - Impossibile trovare il punto d’ingresso inet_pton della procedura nella libreria di collegamento WS2_32.dll”

If I return to my original version v5.0.1-3 is ALL OK again.

For what is the problem?
The new version of KiCAD is not compatible with WindowsXP SP3?

KiCad tries to ensure compatibility with operating systems that remain supported by their parent organizations. Additional compatibility beyond that is fortunate but not tested and not ensured.
