How can Kicad open, edit vector image/drawing of the LTspice .asy file ?

It can’t. That is the symbol used by LTSpice, which KiCad cannot support (KiCad has its own symbols).

LTspice2Kicad, but I think it’s for KiCad 4 and LTspice IV, and hasn’t been updated since…
