Kicad Stepup of Back Layers

Trying to get back on board with creating a 3D model that includes traces and silkscreen.

Almost there, I think. But, when I import B.Cu.dxf or B_Silkscreen, it imports OK, except it’s located on the top layer. Aligned perfectly in x,y, but the back layers need a negative offset of something like 1.6 mm (the pcb thickness).

The raw pcb looks ok, with close to that thickness.

Do I need to use FreeCad to move the shapes on the back layers? Or, have I missed a setting somewhere?
