KiCad sch to dxf converting with real ASCII text instead of graphic lines

I need to translate the sch file to DXF. How can I make the text displayed in a converted DXF file appear not as lines, but as normal ASCII labels that can be edited?

I assume you use:

Eeschema / File / plot… / Output Format / (*) DXF

When you plot to .pdf:

Eeschema / File / plot… / Output Format / (*) PDF
text is saved as searchable ascii.
You could try some external utility to convert the .pdf to .dxf.
(Or use .svg as intermediat format).
